Flower Window Boxes, Inc. currently uses Fedex as their carrier. All non-freight items are shipped via FEDEX and you will receive an email from them at the time that the packages leave our facility with the tracking numbers. Please feel free to contact us for shipping updates and tracking numbers as well at any time at 770-845-5570 or by emailing us at email@example.com INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: At this time, FlowerWindowBoxes.com ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States, Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be subject to additional shipping charges to be determined after purchase if done online. Please call in advance for rates or order by phone for an accurate order. Orders to Canada will also have international shipping charges added to them and can be purchased online, however, they may be subject to separate brokerage fees as well if the window box or planter exceeds 73" length or the order is large enough that it requires a freight delivery. Brokerage fees can range from $60 - $100 depending on the sizes and quantities of the order. Please give us a call for a free estimate at 770-845-5570. In many instances we can avoid brokerage fees. Allow 2-3 weeks for deliveries to outside the continental US.
FlowerWindowBoxes.com does not charge sales tax for orders outside of the state of Georgia. However, for orders in the state of Georgia, a sales tax of 7% is applied on top of the final order cost.
Flower Window Boxes does not warrant any installation of our products - that will be done by your local handyman, contractor, or professional depending on who you have to install it. All installation should be done by a professional and all product should be fully inspected by the customer prior to an installer coming out to install the product to see if there is any damages that incurred during shipping. For damaged product call us at 888-505-7715 as soon as possible so that we can resolve it for you prior to installation. If customer attempts to install our product themselves without the help of a local professional then they will assume all liability for ensuring that the product is correctly installed in a safe and secure manner.
IF NOTIFIED WITHIN 30 DAYS: In order to return an item to Flower Window Boxes, Inc. we must be notified within 30 days of purchase. We will only accept returns within 30 days of purchase on standard items minus the original cost of shipping. Please note that we do not stock any of our shutters and they are built to order making all shutter orders to be considered custom (non-standard items) and non-returnable. Also considered to be custom is any window box, planter, corbel, or decorative bracket that does not appear on our website. All window boxes, planters, corbels, and brackets that appear on our website ARE returnable with the following conditions:
NON-CUSTOM WINDOW BOXES LESS THAN 72": Standard return eligible items (items listed on our website) for window boxes/freestanding planters/rail planters of length sizes 24", 30", 36", 38", 42", 48", 54", 60", 66", and 72" (with no customized height or width dimensions). These items will be refunded 100% the cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping cost.
NON-CUSTOM WINDOW BOXES GREATER THAN 72": Other return eligible standard items (items listed on our website) are window boxes/rail planters of length sizes 78", 84", 96", 108", and 120", with no customized height or width dimensions. They will be charged a re-stocking fee of 25% and refunded 75% the cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping cost. Freestanding planters with these same lengths are considered not eligible for return due to the fact that we do not list any freestanding planters larger than 72" long on our website making them custom phone orders only.
To return any item you will be responsible to ship it back to us. We do not accept returns on any shutters, custom sizes, or boxes that have been painted, drilled, planted into, modified, or used.
SHUTTERS: Due to the custom nature of fabricating exterior shutters they are all considered to be custom. It is advised that you order a sample from us first prior to large purchases if you are unsure before placing a large custom order.
ALL CEDAR PRODUCTS: For all returns, we must be notified within 30 days of the original purchase. All cedar products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept returns on custom cedar items.
IF NOTIFIED AFTER 30 DAYS: We do not accept returns on any merchandise if notified after 30 days of purchase.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED:
